Interaction Probabilities Through Time II

At some point, the intergroup interaction probability will equal the intragroup interaction probability. At this point, we say that the minority is no longer distinguishable and we call the time required to reach this point the group endurance or minority endurance. We also note the time at which the intergroup interaction probability reaches 90 percent of the intragroup interaction probability and call this the time to 90 percent minority absorbtion. We can then ask what factors influence these variables. We begin this exploration on the next slide.
